Our team is led by Bjorn, a highly experienced videographer and photographer with over 10 years in the industry. He has a passion for capturing the emotions of your special day and has an eye for detail.

Our packages offer two, six, eight or ten hours of wedding photography, videography or combined coverage. Photography-only and videography-only options include one photographer or one videographer, while standard combined packages include a dedicated photographer and videographer. Bjorn

Wedding Videographer and Photographer

In Love Weddings is helmed by Bjorn Schmal, a filmmaker and photographer with a rich background in digital media and IT. With over 20 years of editing experience and more than 10 years filming weddings, Bjorn is deeply passionate about crafting engaging stories that encapsulate the essence of people's passions.

Bjorn's journey in the world of media began in 2013 when he embarked on his freelance career as a cinematographer and photographer. Over the years, he honed his craft, specializing in various projects ranging from weddings and corporate endeavors to real estate and promotional videos.

Prior to establishing In Love Weddings, Bjorn served as the Marketing & Multimedia Design Manager at Thunderbird Park (Australia), where he spearheaded marketing initiatives while also lending his expertise in photography and videography.

Before his role at Thunderbird Park, Bjorn held management roles with Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, overseeing leisure, sport, and entertainment operations at holiday resorts across Europe. Over a decade working closely with families and children, he developed one of the most valuable skills a wedding photographer and filmmaker can have: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people naturally, helping them feel comfortable, relaxed, and themselves in front of the camera.
