Frequently Asked Questions
How much do your wedding videography packages cost?
Our Wedding PackagesOur standard wedding videography packages start at $1,300 for two hours, with six-hour, eight-hour and ten-hour coverage available. Combined photography and videography packages range from $2,500 to $6,300. For smaller Monday–Thursday celebrations, two-hour micro wedding videography starts at $890.

How long does it take to get the Wedding Videos?
We deliver your final films within 30 days. During peak wedding season, delivery can take up to 3 months, and we'll always let you know your expected date when you book.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. We travel for destination weddings. Share your wedding date, venue and plans so we can confirm availability and any travel requirements before you book.
How far in advance should we book wedding videography?
We recommend booking your wedding videographer around 12 months in advance, especially for popular dates and peak wedding season. Once your date and venue are confirmed, get in touch to check availability and discuss suitable coverage.
Planning a wedding sooner? Last-minute bookings may be available. Use our wedding date check to ask about your date.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A $500 booking payment forms part of your total package price. If you cancel before the wedding, any cancellation charge is limited to our reasonable, substantiated net loss, capped at $500. The booking payment is not automatically retained in full, and we refund payments above the applicable charge.
Your remaining balance is due on your wedding day unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please read our current Terms & Conditions and your booking agreement for the full cancellation, postponement and refund details. Your consumer rights continue to apply.
How do you create natural, emotional wedding films?
We focus on the moments that make your wedding yours: the words in your vows, reactions during the ceremony, laughter with friends and the feeling of celebrating together. Our relaxed, candid filming style gives you space to enjoy the day, with gentle guidance when it helps.
Before the wedding, we get to know your plans and the people and moments that matter most. We bring those details into a story-driven film, using footage and audio captured during your selected coverage. Browse our real wedding films to see our approach to capturing each couple’s story.
Can we add drone footage to our wedding video?
Yes. Drone coverage is available as an optional extra for $150 and can add aerial views of your venue and surroundings to your wedding film. It is especially useful for showing the setting of an outdoor, beach or hinterland wedding.
Drone filming depends on weather, venue permission and safe, permitted flying conditions at your location. Tell us your venue when enquiring so we can discuss whether aerial footage is suitable. See our pricing and packages page for current options.
Do you offer short wedding videography coverage for elopements and micro weddings?
Yes. Our two-hour wedding videography package is designed for ceremony coverage and includes a highlight film and a separate ceremony film. For intimate Monday–Thursday celebrations, our two-hour micro wedding videography option starts at $890. Photography and combined photo and video options are also available.

Can we receive a wedding video sneak preview within 48 hours?
A 48-hour sneak reel is available as an optional extra for $250. It gives you a short first look at your wedding film while the full edit is being completed. Please request it when booking so it can be included in your coverage plan.
The sneak reel is separate from your final highlight and ceremony films. We aim to deliver finished films within a few weeks, with up to three months allowed during peak wedding season. Compare current extras on our pricing and packages page.
